Bad Anxiety Attack, Help me please.

i have a long running anxiety of a brain tumour........
right now i am stressing bad my only symptom being every minute or so i feel like some sort of pulse just to the right of my eyebrow. to start off with it is irritating and secondly with every pulse it makes my anxiety deepens, please help me.

We can often feel pulses all over ourselves, often in very odd places. I sometimes become aware of one on the top of my right foot, which feels very strange. What you may be feeling is a minute muscle twitch or tic, whichcan happen a lot of you're tired and/or anxious.
