Hiya,
I am new here, I stumbled on this site while looking up symptoms for anxiety. I used to suffer from panic attacks years ago and although it has been some time since I had a full blown panic attack I have started getting anxiety attacks. I am looking forward to hearing from anyone in the same situation as me and if I can be of any help to anyone I will certainly do my best.

I would be interested to know what actions you take when having anxiety attacks.

I am trying to develop my own "toolkit" to deal with my anxiety. Somethings work and I would be happy to share my experiences.
