I'm new to No Panic and to forums, but I hope that it may help me to cope with my anxiety if I can chat to people who are going through the same thing as me as I always feel like I am the only one who can feel like this. I have suffered from anxiety for a few years now and still have some symptoms most days although some days are worse than others. I'm going through a rough patch at the moment and find it very frustrating so I'm hoping to learn some new ways to deal with it to help me get on with my life!
