Pulse in ear !!!

For the last couple of days i can hear my pulse in my ear after ive walked up the stairs , please help im freaking out

Hey pb - we all have one there !!! It is just that for differing reasons we are sometimes more aware of it than at others.

for example - have you got a blocked nose or head cold?

Are you feeling anxious or panicky?

It really is nothing to worry about - if you are really worried make an appointment to see your gp or practice nurse for a quick mot.
