Dizzyness and Stomach pain, What could this be? Any ideas?

Everytime i stand up i get very bad dizzyness, its so bad i almost collapse sometimes. I get this constantly even when i dont stand up, i feel as if my head is pressured and moving around on its own, when i lay on my front it gets pressurised and i get pulsating hearing (load then quiet). This is really strating to worry me - please help? :(

Another thing since yesterday everytime i eat something i get pain down my throat and into my stomach, i can hardly breathe in because its like a gaspy pain (if you get me lol). Im also getting pain in my stomach because of it. The most worrying thing is if this is indigestion then what is the differnt pain ive been having when i eat for years?! Extremely scared.... can't eat or drink :(

My anxiety is really starting to wear me down, im getting emotions that ive never felt before, feeling like theres no escaping my death that is going to happen any minute :( please help xx

i also feel dizzy most of the time don't matter if im sitting or standing checked my blood pressure all OK i do have silent reflux but i doubt its down to that . i also have stomach pain just below ribs also lots of pain in sternum at the top
