Hi everyone, ive been coming to look at this site for a few days now and finally plucked up the courage to join tonight.
My name is Leanne, I'm 24 years old and I'm married with 3 daughters. I have suffered with depression and anxiety for 9 years now. I seem to go through stages of being ok and then having a really rough time.
I'm a social phobe too and over the years have isolated myself to the point where I have a panic attack every time I step out of my front door.
I've been taking sertraline for years which although it has been good for my depression, hasn't really touched my anxiety.
I have now been given diazepam to use as needed and pregabalin twice daily.
I am so hoping that this helps me as I just want to be normal.
