Confused

Yesterday I started getting emotional about silly things (character in a book dying ad for aid for kids) just a lump in the throat thing. Last night the cat jumped of my bed (as usual) I started bawling my eyes out for over an hour. I can't thing of any reason for it. Any spare hugs out there.
