Hi there, Im nyomi. Im 20 years old and recently found out I was suffering from anxiety attacks. Since then Theyve gotten a lot worse and now I dont even know who I am when its happening . I feel scared I snap at everyone who asks me something and I just want to cry.
Anyways Im from the north east durham area. I live with my partner in a home which is falling apart.
this forum site was suggested too me from a freind because Ive been looking for something like this for a while. I hope people could give me some suggestions as too what helps you control the anxiety a lil more.

Hi Nyomi, i'm also a new member.
My anxiety has come back after a few years of being more or less free of it. CBT helped me loads. I wonder if you could ask your GP if it is something you could have?
