This didnt really do it for me. Although it did make me feel more confident in social situations it did increase my generally anxious feelings considerably, usually meaning I pulled out of the social event beforehand due to the general anxiety. However I can see how it would benefit some socially anxious ppl, especially if they are otherwise not generally anxious.
