What makes your arms feel full of blood

I was anxious today and stressed somewhat but was trying to relax. During a few hours when I was stressed it seemed that I could feel the blood in my vains about ready to pop out.I also was in the heat during the time I felt that way but when I felt cooler it seemed to go away.Could this be the blood flow. I was actually feeling ,like high blood pressure? Or could it have been normal for hot enviroment or just anxiety? Im really concerned ,please help ?

Ps also wanted to know if anxiety can cause a spot to appear in front of your eye for a few minutes when you are stressed? or could this be a mini stroke TIA?

not in the arms but i had this weird feeling in my hands like they were full and something was flowing in them.

its the anxiety causing it
