Palpitations and racing heart

hi does anybody get heart palpitations and racing heart the day after a drinking session, is this normal?

This happens to a lot of people - if I have more than about 3 or 4 units of alcohol these days, I can end up with palpitations in the night, which is really unpleasant. It can also make me anxious the following day as well. If you have a search through the forum, you'll see there are lots of messages about it.

My best advice is try not to drink too much!! :D
