hi i am new here, i have been having health anxiety on and off for quite some time now.
Do any of you get a tender type spot/patch on your head, like its the scalp? i makes me scared and very anxious thinking it must be something bad, i get headaches too but not very bad ones. ive had m eyes tested and they are fine, but i also find my neck and shoulders feel soooo tense! could they be related?
