Right steps

I have just been put on citalopram and my doctor has refered me to Right Steps, does anyone know anything about them? they are calling me back for an assessment over the phone tommorrow. thanks any help welcome.:ohmy:

Never heard of Right Steps, but we would love to hear about them and what you think after you have had your assessment etc.

Hello all, I have just joined and was interested to see this thread, which I found in a search following a GP consultation. I needed a referral for therapy concerning a sex-related matter, and my GP said he was referring me on to Right Steps. I too would be interested to hear anything more about them.
