Hello everyone!

It's been nearly two month since I last logged on and I hardly recognise the na,es now.

I have had some sucess and thought I would share it with you - I've done my share of "moaning".

I've managed to go two months with just two "bad" attacks which I managed to control with in minutes, I've managed to control my anxious feelings with breathing and distractions techs and I have built a good bedtime routine into my life. Things are ok...

I know I am not "there" yet and things can go down hil again but I am on the right road. I'm posting now as tomorrow I am having my wedding reception (got married last month) and even though I am dreading it, family, stresses of speaking and socialising wth everyone, the organising etc I am still looking forward to it - I'm feeling that I can cope because of the thing I have learnt to do above!

It's a good feeling

Thanks for reading..
