I am freaking out right now! For the past week or so I've been getting a hot feeling in my head/face on and off. Today though it's pretty constant and is really worrying me. My temperature (taken under my armpit) is 36.3. My BP is 108/78. I keep having strange tingly sensations in forehead and cheeks and I feel lightheaded, weak and sort of numb all over (but can still move/feel). I'm really scared!! Can anyone please help?
