Recovering from a cold feeling out of it

so im recovering from a bad cold i had over the weekend which included a mild fever.. anyway today i feel way out of it like everything is surreal and i'm really tried and weak yet i cant sleep.. im just wondering if anyone gets like this after they are sick.. i keep convincing myself im dying..

yeah true but its not really the anxiety getting to me. im just so tired and whipped out i feel like i cant get through the day of work.. which then makes me worry something is really wrong with me.. ive felt like a zombie the past few days
