Well i had a 24 hour sleep study done last night it wasnt to bad very nice room in a very nice hotel my shrink wanted to rule out sleep apnea so i went in for the test but havnt got my my anser back yet from the doctor that looks over it but boy do they hook up alot of wires to you i was suprised i was a ble to sleep and i never sleep on my back where you have to sleep on your back the hole night!!One thing i hant had in a week now in my numbness of my hands at night wich is very nice!!My shrink might think why my heart races only when i first wake could be do to sleep apnea i will let you all know how the test comes out!!!
