can anyone help please my doc upped my zispin from 15mg to 30mg and i feel too high someone told me a sad story today and i didnt feel what they said...as in the emotion...i feel like i could walk for miles but feel like im not grounded....my psych is away...should i take just 15mg tonight ....please help

I never felt any difference when i went up from 15 to 30 . Dont worry about the lack of emotion thing its all part of depression .

Hello,

I was on 30mg Mirtazipine (Zispin) for about 3 months, it helped but made me feel groggy, which was affecting my work life. I agree with Paige, when I've been really low, usually at the beginning of treatment (I've had a couple of relapses) I tend to be quite emotionally numb and can be quite indifferent to things. It is all part of the depression.

I hope they work out for you anyway
