hi i'm mark 32 from sunny " not " telford
i'm currenty working full-time as a chargehand in area , happy chappy but going though the mill atm with alot of axiety and stress , joined as i read a few posts here and felt like i could relate massively to members as i'm deffo not a judgemental person and i can agree with people , panicing is real and its soooooo hard to live a normal live :( , help !!! :bighug1:

Welcome to the site. I think being a chargehand full-time would stress out many of us on here. It is a great achievement to hold down that kind of job.
