Hi everyone,
I have had panic disorder for about 6 months now and it has been extremely difficult for me. I had a pretty bad panic attack 3 days ago, and during the panic attack my tongue started tingling/going numb. after the panic attack was over, i still have had this tingling/burning/twitching feeling. I'm really scared and I was wondering if any of you have ever had this happen before. its been 3, almost 4 days now and this sensation is still present continuously even after the panic subsides. Please help.
