newbie looking for support group in east kent

hi all well im new to all this so am bit unsure what to expect.:shrug:

i am looking for support groups or meetings where i can meet others like me fed up with there problems.

i suffer with severe anxiety, panic attcks, ocd and intrusive thoughts, depression, and agoraphobia.

if anyone has any useful info on where i could find a group would be great,
