Intense pressure in right jaw at the hinge and ears stop up.

For the last two days I went outside to water in the yard and it was 97 degrees or rather hot. I hve recently been outt in even hotter temps but havent had an issue. Afterwards for the last two days I come in and get a pressur with slight pain in my right jaw hinge. My ears also sto up. Im not sure whats causing this but it worries me. I was wondering if it could be sinus or tmj or allergies or what? Anybody has this happen ?

I do but just imagine it is anxiety - cos i have so many things that go alternately wrong with me that i am either in deep trouble or it us just my troubled psyche.
