I just wanted to share that today I have made a positive step in controlling my HA. I have read some success stories and self help blogs and I going to give it a go and fight this!
I am sure it is not going to be easy but I am fed up of this consuming my life and effecting my family and friends. I am the only one that can take control of this and I am going to give my best shot. This site has been amazing and I would like to thank the people that run it :-)
I have also started up my own blog.
