hi, im 25 in a few days and a guy, on the 22-23 June i have an exam in Law and i think its causing me allot more stress and stuff than usual.
my symptoms are-:weep:
a lump in the throat (although i found out that it was anxiety based via this sit and now that feeling has gone) :yesyes:
dizzy?:lac:
light headed?:lac:
short of breath?:lac:
face flushes?:lac:
pain in the testicular area (again told by GP it was nerves so it has gone now):yesyes:
real bad acid retention in the gut and throat?:lac:
has anyone had these symptoms together and are they stress related? i dont wana go to the docs just to have him say "stress related"
i dont drink any alcohol but i do smoke one or 2 (no more) Hamlet a day and i know i should stop but....u know
no drugs but i was told to take prozak again but it was causing me to feel VERY low so i stopped and have felt better just these things happening over the past few weeks have really made revision hard, any help would be great thanks.:D
