Hi Im Martin
I had a few anxiety problems for quite a long time which I have now overcome. Im fascinated by anxiety disorders and how the brain works so decided to train in hypnotherapy and later cognitive behavior therapy.

I can't give individual advice or therapy but often post general advice on the forum when I have time

I am also happy to advise people on how to find reputable therapists in their area by advising on regulating bodies and their websites (e.g the BACP, BABCP, GHR etc.)
