Feeling helpless

I am feeling helpless. Can I have some hugs please?:hugs:
Found out this morning I did, that my Great Aunt in Western Australia, had a Stroke, just over a week ago.:weep:
She was in hospital for a week, cos of a fall at home and the Stroke and is now being looked after at home by her Son and a Care Organisation.

It is horrible to be unable to do anything, being so far away. As long as you keep in touch with the family and let them know that you care, you will get over the helplessness I'm sure.
