Anyone know of any non-prescription pills that ease stress and worry?

I've heard from a friend at work that Boots sell some herbal pills called Stay Calm or something?

Anyone know if they're good or can recommend something similar?

I use Rescue Remedy - have a look in the online shop for the range of products you can get. You can buy these at Boots and most chemists as well.

If you go somewhere like Holland and Barrett or a local pharmacy they can advise you.

I take Vit B12, Vit C and Magnesium which I am told help. I do feel better, but not sure which of the strategies (vitamins or exercise or diet etc) are helping the most, just going to keep going with them all!!

Good luck

I buy some tablets called. 'Kalms'. They work quite well. :)
I've heard that the Rescue Remedy spray is excellent.
