Hello,
My name is Thomas, I'm from France and been struggling with panic disorder/GAD for quite some time.
I have changing symptoms that sometimes spill on OCD territory.
I'm thankful I don't have depression (yet...) as, even in the most horrible moments, when I'm shaking all over, my mind clouded by fear, I try to remain hopeful.
So, yeah, had a panic attack two hours ago with DP symptoms which made me finally register on this forum after lurking for so long.
I hope I'll be able to find and provide support here :)
