New huge petechiae rash

I have had petechiae for a couple of months and my Doctor said I was fine and everyone gets it a little bit. But just today a huge petechiae rash appeared just above my armpit, like inbetween my chest and arm. I'm so scared and I don't know what to do. I have had a swollen lymph node behind my ear for a few months, but it's shrinking. Any ideas what this could be? I don't know what to do. I'm so scared. :'(

Are you sure it is the exact same rash?

it's like giant petechiae spots (purpura?) in a big area of red skin. x

I was wondering if it is a heat rash

I thought that too at first, but when I've had heat rash in the past it's been itchy and bumpy. This is completely flat and feels normal to touch.
I do think it may be because I was carrying a heavy bag over that shoulder today.
But I did wake up with a bad headache and sore throat this morning.

I could well be. You may have just rubbed the skin a bit
