its back!!!!

hi all, i have not been on here for months i was panic free for nearly 4 months and stupidly came of my citalapram. my panic is now back with avengence, all the claassic symptoms are back palpatations, chocking feeling, dizziness strange taste in mouth, dreaded fear of something awful happening etc. what should i do? any advice welcome

Maybe you really need your meds,there is no shame in taking them.Sometimes we lack certain chemical in the brain that makes us anxious and the meds subtitutes for the lack of he chemicals so its better to take them.Perhaps check with your dr and see what they think. Hope you feel better soon.Michael
