Eeeek! swollen puffy around my ankles :(

Panic!
Im at work on nights and Iv just looked down and noticed that my ankles look and feel quite puffy/swollen. Even my colleague agree's and says I need to get to my GP as soon as possible. I'v been feeling extremely dizzy a lately and I'v had sharp pains in my head do you think this could all be related??
Im really worried now :(

Swolen ankles can be a sign of water retention. I agree that you should see your Dr but not because I think it's anything serious, but because you need answers! Water retention is easily treated by the way and is quite common in hot/warmer weather. Please don't worry too much about it. :flowers:
