Have suffered from OCD/Anxiety since the age of seven - i was surprised to find out that what I have can occur on a regular seven year cycle.

Currently at a low point which isn't helped by the fact I have started a new job. Currently on fluoxetine, but have come out in a rash.

Just really glad that there is somethinglike NMP. Not expecting any replies but its nice that I can just write!!:)
