DOES ANYONE GET THESE SYMPTOMS

I keep getting stiff shoulders then i get a rush of hot/cold feelings through my back arms and legs then tingling in hands does anyone else get these its really frightening i just feel something terrible is going to happen

these are common symptoms, you are probably holding your muscles so stiff and tense that its causing these symptoms try and keep your shoulders from decorating your ears and this will help. I remember how painful it felt.

We as sufferers do get these symptoms a great deal and this is all part of anxiety darling, its harmless and in no way a danger to your body.
I know it worries you love -you are not alone.. have you had a little check -up with ya doctor..that may ease ya mind.
