Hey guys just joined im chris 22, been suffering from anxiety and panic attacks for a year now its not an easy life but im willing to do anything possible to beat it, i like to speak to other ppl who suffer from it as it helps ease my mind abit (knowing i aint the only person in the world who feels like there going insane lol), anyway looking forward to speaking to you lot :)
