Hi folks
Just had a phone call from my friend. A lad who i used to live beside and who goes to the same school as my son has had a terrible accident.
He was on top of a steel container today just before school, but infortunately he took a fit and fell off. He's currently on life support as he has a fractured skull and a bleed on the brain.
He's a lovely lad and my wee pal. Please can we send some positive thoughs his way for a speedy recovery.
Please get well soon Jordan!!
Love Lisa

Hi folks, thank you for all your kind responses.
Don't think there is much change in the lads condition. Last i heard, he's in ITU and they are keeping him aslepp for a couple of days to try to reduce the bleed in the brain as they hope this would prevent them having to operate.
Thank you again and i will keep you updated.

Induced coma is the best thing hun, gives the brain chance to heal itself as well as reducing inflammation. Thoughts are with Jordan xxxx

Last i heard, he was responding to the meds but i don't think he's awake as yet.
His little brother has started a face book page for him so all his family and friends can leave messages for him to read when he wakes up. It's so sweet to read.
Thanks SHS and thanks everyone for such lovely messages.
