Night sweats

Hi all,

Anyone had night sweats since having anxiety?

I'm 28, not on medication and had normal FBC results.

My anxiety has def heightened in last month when sweating begun.

Can anyone relate?

I get my head round one symptom, being anxiety, and then another brand new one appears. Grrr :)

I have woken up covered in sweat, I assume I was having a bad dream.
Men seem to have a problem with sweating in bed lol A few men I dated would sometimes it.
women going through menopause often get it too really bad.
being on your period too can bring it on.

Thanks for taking the time to reply.

In the midst of crazy anxiety thoughts I did think menopause but I'm only 28. Sure hope it's not that!

I also do experience increased body heat around my period but this is definitely more occurring than those times.

My rational mind is telling me it's adrenaline and bad dreams as I am now anticipating it when going to bed so im going to sleep already heightened.

I get this sometimes.

I wake up and im soaked. I am on meds but have had it when i wasnt
