hi,
just wanted to share my news last week had my first cbt didnt want to go was very nervous took two dizapan and went and it was fine a few shaky monents but i did it :yesyes:
my other news is that i went into work for twenty mins yesterday first time in 13wks was very nervous was sure i was going to ran away pass out ect but no it was fine:yesyes:
my head is still not 100% still lots of negative stuff in it but getting better
