hi just a quick question do you know if panic attacks are worse if you smoke or drink lots of coffee? :unsure:

Oh yes Claire, I would say so. Smoking and caffiene are stimulants and don't help with anxiety at all. I gave up all caffienated drinks a long time ago and react badly to them now. However, I'm still a light smoker, I won't give up the nicotine because I pile weight on when I try!

thanks Tish im going to try and cut out coffee i tried to quit smoking on the champix pill i did quit for 2 months but to be honest i think it was the pills that caused my server anxiety i know what you mean about the weight issue i put on a stone when i quit! :mad:
