Hi Darren,

I get pain there sometimes, quite alot actually in my mid back and it is muscular and I see a chiropractor for it.

Hope you're doing ok mate. Still thinking of you.

hi lisa

thanks for the reply things arent to bad at the moment apart from the pain i keep getting between my shoulder blades - i thought it was muscular as it eases when i stretch i think a lot of it is my posture (big word 4me lol) when im on the computer and i have been doing more than i should and the doctors have told me off for it aswell.

hope you are ok lisa i will go to your thread in a mo

all the best

i went to the doctor with this - think partly due to bad composure but he says it was indigestion !!!!!!!!!! In my back !!!!! anyway got tablets and the pain did disappear so gues he was right.

Hi Darren,

Lovely to hear from you mate.

Could you try some gently yoga stretches - could you slowly bend your neck forward as though trying to get you chin to your chest and hold for a few seconds. You will actually feel this stretch out the muscles running down the back of your neck and between your shoulder blades. If it's muscular that may help as we hold an awful lot of tension there.

Hope you are feeling ok otherwise.

Hi Darren,

Glad you're doing ok apart from this shoulder pain, keep up the good work.
Don't overdo it though, listen to those docs ok ;).

I get this too. A massage might help and I found Shiatsu very good for this.
