hi my name is Ira Louise I suffer from servere depression and panic attacks, also self harmed in the past as well I have a very low self esteem to the fact of having thoughts at the back of my mind nearly all the time to end my life. im on medication to try and help me cope with everyday life things. I also have my son who lives with me who is mild autistic with challenging behavour and ADHD who is now 20 yrs old hope after to day being back at the Drs he might of listend to what i said this time think thats why he changed my medication time will only tell.
