Sometimes at the end of a day I feel like really mentally exhausted although I wasn't doing some stuff that will trigger this. Maybe it's coz of the worries and some anxious feeling during the day. It's hard to think and when I try to think of something more complexed my mind is like blocking and I can't think. What do you think guys?
