heavy feeling just below ribs down to belly button area!

I used to suffer with bad acid & was on omeprazole 20mg once daily I haven't been on these now for a while as the burning did settle down (touchwood) just got the odd burning feeling between my shoulder blades but nothing major,,
But the past few mornings when I get up am hungry so usually have toast / cereal or porridge anyway I get this horrible heavy feeling just above my belly button area like the toast or something is a big weight and goes straight to my belly button area! & now I've got the horrible tight heavyish feeling just below ribs in the center,, and am very anxious since I ate breakfast :( I dnt no if it is because I haven't been taking acid tabs or not? If I rub it I'll burp sometimes but its just making me dead anxious to eat again ?

it also just sits just below my ribs like a raw tight feeling if this makes sense am not sure if its acid or not as i havent took my acid tabs in a while

I get this.
Well, I get like a fullness below my ribs, like I've ate loads and it's all resting at the top of my belly pressing against my ribs or like something's swollen at the bottom of my ribs.
It's unfomfortable, sometimes it makes me feel like I can't breathe, like the pressure is squashing my lungs too.
I get this daily, I also can get it with a very fast heart rate that's visible in my belly.

yes am the same feel like ive ate a huge dinner when i haven't mine is usually followed with a burning on & off between my shoulder blades but when i get this feeling just below my ribs i dont wanna eat anymore and this can happen soon as i wake up :weep: and when it feels like you cant breath its horrible it also gives me palpitations

Yeah, the burning sounds like acid/indigestion or some kind of digestive thing like that :)

i take same tablets and find if i miss a dose :( i get funny heavy tummy pain its like as if the food cant break down i find that once i start them again it passes but as we're all aware stress etc can take its toll on are tummys :( ,, get well soon
