Muscle tension in my left calf...anyone else have this?

I have been having this soreness, like a muscle knot in the back of my left calf, but as the day has gone on it has kinda spread up my leg. To be honest I suffered with this kind of leg issues last time I was ill, but I still need reassurance that other people have this symptom and that I don't have a blood clot. I have been having this on and off for a week now.

I have it today, but put it down to my crooked spine and leaning too much on one hip. I hope that is it.

I keep getting weird sensations and aches in my right calf/back of knee and worrying myself it's a clot. I keep checking for a lump. The other day as I was worrying, right on cue my calf went boiling hot too!! Just goes to show what your mind can do :mad: Right now it's feeling weird and I'm obsessing because my foot is cold when the other is warm *sigh* xxx
