Hi Guys/Girls
My name is Alex, im a 26 year old living in Perth Western Australia. I have recently moved here from England and i thought i would finally sign up as i have been a silent tourist on this forum for quite some time.
Peoples wrds have been a constant reassurance and inspiration to me, i suffer from Generalised Anxiety with OCD Traits.
It will be good to talk to some people who experience the same things that i do as this "condition" has a large impact on my life and im still trying to find new ways to combat things and to be panic free, thats the dream anyway eh?
