Hi everyone finally got the letter i have been waiting for..!! i start my CBT next week and i can not wait (been waiting a while) hoping it improves my situation as i am a nervous wreck at the min! :weep:

I Hope it goes well for You. I found mine very good, but i wish i was still seeing my therapist. :lac:
