last two days been sneezing loads pressure in nose etc. ive always have sinus pain and they hurt badly to press. what if its spread to my brain... i had an ear infection a month ago n a sinus infection and i was screaming in pain. im dizzy, headache a little and feel sick...

ive never had this before or any bacterial infections until anxiety started. has my anxiety weakened my immune system

Emma, i don't even think its possible for anxiety to do that. A good thing for hay fever is piriton, its really really good and works well with all the symptoms you get. I don't suffer from hayfever myself but my family does, and it clears it up within half an hour. Please dont be scared, if you feel that you need to, see your doctor they will reassure you, or i can go with you if you want :) hope you feel better soon xx
