I didnt think depression could be this agonising. Its hard to imagine a much worse state. I feel trapped in torture, my i am suffocating in wollow and fear. It is incredible the state one can find themselves in

I know just what you mean some days i feel so down i feel like i want stay in bed or drink away the stress, before i suffered with anxiety i never realized what depression was :weep:
