i have recently noticed a painful lump behind my right ear, and its getting bigger, my ear is all hot and extremely tender to touch. There is also a lump on the inside on the otherside of the outside lump if that makes sense.. Im really worried about it? Should it be something to see the doc about should i be worried? Thankyou
