Hi there everyone. I have been looking on this site without being a member for a while but have found all your messages comforting and decided that I would post my own thoughts and feelings to see if you guys could give me any advice or anyone felt the same.I started my own thread on the anxiety forum so if any of you get a chance to look at it would be brilliant.I suffer from severe anxiety and depression and hope this site will be as helpful for me as its been for others.
