After eating...

Hey guys, just wondering if anyone gets the same as me or knows what it is. After eating a meal, usually my main meal at dinnertime i feel like i have loads of fluid in my throat/chest. I keep feeling like i need to cough it all up. There seems to be a bit of fluid but not as much there as i feel there is.


Obviously asking as i've just eaten my tea and have it again
